American Golden Journeys * is an American-based travel company that provides Chinese citizens with high quality tours to America.   Our President, Russell Oquist, has traveled to China 40 times, having explored most of China, from the north to the south.  Our parent company, Mongol Global Tour Company Inc. has been arranging custom tours for Americans traveling to China for the past 12 years.  We have offices in Beijing and Kunming as well as in the United States of America.   We have Chinese speaking staff in China and in the USA.  We have worked and traveled extensively in China and have a great appreciation for the wonderful country and people of China.  Over the last 12 years we have witnessed directly the incredible ways that China has developed.  We have also watched America and China grow closer in many ways!

The staff of American Golden Journeys has also traveled extensively throughout the United States. We love America and know about its many riches.  We can provide many special and unique experiences to the traveler.  We especially know what you, our honored Chinese guests want to see and experience in America.

We were very involved in the Beijing Olympics.  We provided tours, hotels, transportation and tickets served hundreds of clients and 5 corporations (Chinese and foreigners). We helped clients obtain thousands of Olympic event tickets and provided 5-star suites across the street from the Bird’s Nest (the National Stadium) as well as rooms at the “Commune by the Great Wall.”
