ITINERARY:
Day 1: Departure
You will leave the USA for your flight to Bali on a late night flight. The adventure begins!
Day 2: In Flight
Due to the international dateline, you lose this day and regain it on the return flight. (Meals on Flight)
Day 3: Bali
Today you will arrive into Bali. You will be met by your guide and taken to your accommodation. The rest of the day is free to relax and enjoy the beach. B
Day 4: Bali - Half Day Garuda Wisnu Kencana & Uluwatu Temple
This morning is free for you to enjoy. This afternoon you will be taken to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana and the cultural park. Then we will take you to the Uluwatu Temple. This is a small and simple temple. Afterwards you can enjoy the sunset while watching the performance of Kechak Dance. Next, we take you to dinner. Then we will drive back to the hotel where the rest of the evening is at your own leisure. B, L, D
Day 5: Today you will drive to Pemuteran. Upon arrival into Petuteran you can relax. B
Day 6: Pemuteran - Menjangan Island – Lovina
After breakfast at the hotel, be ready for a snorkeling tour to Menjangan Island. The island is reached by a 30 minutes boat ride from Labuan Lalang. After the snorkeling, drive to Lovina beach, while on the way some visit will be made to see Buddhist Temple ‘Vihara' and the hot spring at Banjar Village
Day 7: Lovina
Board a traditional boat for watching the dolphins. Drive back to the hotel for breakfast. B
Day 8: Lovina – Batur
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Munduk and Bedugul. We will see beautiful countryside and rice terraces along the way as well as the beauty of twin lakes, Buyan and Tamblingan. Some stops will also be made on the way, the waterfall at Munduk, then Pura Ulun Danu Beratan at Bedugul and the spice / fruit market at Candikuning. Lunch will be provided at Local Restaurant. The next stop will be made at Mengwi, which was one of the main island kingdoms, then visit Taman Ayun Temple. Then we will take you to the Batur area to check you into your boutique local hotel. Day 9: Batur
Today we will give you some nature walks in the valley of the volcano area. Your guide will show you the best of the area. B, L, D
Day 10: Batur – Ubud
In the morning you can continue to enjoy the Batur area. Then we will drive you in the afternoon to the Ubud area and check you into your resort outside of the town. B, L
Day 11: Ubud
Today we will take you to the Monkey Forest Road. We will take you to a Masks, Antiques and Puppets shop. After lunch you will visit the Seniwati. B, L, D
OPTION: Agung Rai Museum of Art (ARMA).
Day 12: Ubud
You will leave early in the morning to see an excellent Barong Dance. Afterwards we will take you to a Master Mask Maker. The rest of the day is free. B, L
Day 13: Ubud – Cycling & White Water Rafting. You will start the day with a bike ride. You will have an afternoon of White Water Rafting. Enjoy the best of Bali with a whitewater rafting adventure on the spectacular Ayung River, then return to Ubud. B, L
Day 14: Ubud – Home
Today you will fly home with a lifetime of wonderful memories! B
